Shipping policy

We ship nationwide to the lower 48 states every Tuesday, unless it is a UPS holiday, we cannot get or access dry ice, or there is a major weather event. 

We offer free shipping on orders of $125 or more within our ground shipping zone. At the time of writing (subject to change) those ground shipping states that qualify for free shipping include: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia.

All orders, regardless of location, that are less than $125 will be charged UPS shipping rates. 

You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on the truck.

Boxes ship with dry ice pellets to keep meats frozen during transit. The dry ice will sublimate and may or may not appear in your box upon arrival. Items should be unpacked and refrigerated or frozen properly upon arrival. We are not responsible for thawed items due to UPS carrier delays.
